The Bleecker & Love story began in 2012 in Athens, Greece, when Irina the founder, thought about designing for herself a waterproof bag with a long enough handle to hang on her baby boys’ stroller and…Boom, that was it!
This first bag, initially designed by Irina to meet her personal needs as an active mum, later became the signature “Bleecker bag” we all know and love today.
Since then, Bleecker & Love has grown into a full-range travel and home accessories brand including a wide selection of fashionable products, all of which bare the brands’ unique values: high-quality, affordability, versatility, uniqueness and fun.
The company’s name was inspired by the fast-paced the round-the-clock multicultural lifestyle of Bleecker Street in NYC, where Irina lived during her previous work as an Arts & Culture professional.

2012
Irina developed a unique eye for identifying everyday needs and managed to capitalise on her creative background to solve them. That is how the first Bleecker Bag came to life and ignited a whole new journey that is still giving!

2016
Whilst the Bleecker bag became a best seller, Irina extended the collection to pouches, beach bags and backpacks. At this point Bleecker has over 300 selling points within Greece.

The brand is growing fast and the need for fresh, new and unique designs leads to a wonderful collaboration with Theano prints, whose love for color, shapes, forms and patterns is a perfect match for us.

When the e-shop was launched, the designer experimented with the creation of a home collection that would be as practical and fun as can be!

2020
Our love for tradition and art leads to a great initiative: new collaborations with important Museums. For Bleecker & Love every new collaboration is a challenging creative endeavour!

Bleecker & Love moves to Unknown Territory?! Timos Livaditis, also known as Unknown Territory, collaborates with our brand to create our first collection of hoodies. His colourful and optimistic world, is a very well… Known territory for Bleecker & Love.

Off to our first participation at Maison et Object. Bleecker & Love, or should we say Bleecker & Amour, “conquers” France and can be found in all the French Hot spots.

All Bleecker & Love products are designed and manufactured in Greece using a selection of unique patterns and high-quality fabrics hand-picked by the founder herself from designers and retailers across Europe.
OUR ORIGINS
How it all began? … From Bleecker street in New York to the creator's sunny land of origin, Greece. The company, since its establishment in 2012, has sold more than 300.000 products and is empowered with a creative and enthusiastic team that keeps growing, to keep up with the overwhelming love of the brand!
